DRAGON INN
Cooks learn the art of Mandarin cooking taught by a master chef from Hong Kong. Your duties will include general kitchen help. Including food prep, cleaning, learning three areas of the kitchen, Fry, Sauces/Soups and main entree. You will learn skills in food ordering, inventory control and total kitchen management. Must be able to work at a fast pace and enjoy a diverse work environment. Hours for Training are 8pm - 12 midnight. or closing. Upon completion of training we will consider you for daytime hours according to business demands.
